Timothy Bradley’s professional record stands unblemished at 31-0. Bradley is 30 years old and in October of 2013 he dominated Juan Manuel Marquez who is considered by many to be one of the top fighters in the world.
Despite his perfect record there are two obstacles that stand in Bradley’s way of becoming a Superstar: #1. At least 95% of Boxing fans believe he was handed a horrible decision victory over Manny Pacquaio in June of 2012. #2. Only 12 of his 31 career victories have come by way of Knockout.
On April 12th 2014 I predict Bradley will conquer one of those obstacles, as he will defeat Manny Pacquaio via unanimous decision in a far less controversial fashion than their first bout. I have no expectation of Bradley winning by way of KO or TKO in April.
Will a victory over the legendary Pacquiao be enough for the United States to finally embrace Bradley as the Superstar he will deserve to be?
