Former Louisville assistant coach Kevin Keatts was an amazing recruiter, replacing him will be hard to do for Rick Pitino. Wednesday one of the names being thrown around is Indiana assistant Kenny Johnson. Mike Hughes of 247Sports.com was the first to throw Johnson’s name out as a possibility.

Johnson came to Indiana in 2012, before then he was an assistant at Townson. Before then he was an assistant at the high school level.
Maryland is also looking at Johnson as an option. He graduated from Maryland in 1999 where he studied cell, molecular biology and genetics.
Johnson is known as a great recruiter. If able to reel him in it would be a nice replacement for Keatts.
