We all know the NFL Offensive Rookie of the year award will be given to the most valuable skill position player. Ever since the award began in 1967 there have been no positions outside of QB, WR or RB who have been awarded the prestigious honor of ROY.
Chris Landry is a veteran NFL scout and radio personality on Fox Sports Radio. When asked who he believes deserves the award he mentioned none other than former Kentucky Wildcat and current Detroit Lion Larry Warford (Warford was drafted in the 3rd round of last years’ draft).
Landry then went on to state he has Warford rated as one of the top few offensive guards in the entire NFL.
My question to you is: Could Warford truly be the most valuable offensive rookie in the NFL this year?
