Yesterday’s 2014 signing day was a success for both Kentucky and Louisville. Sure Kentucky got a lot more high rated players, which is incredible, but Louisville’s coaching staff did a lot for only being able to recruit for three weeks. With all that said, both coaching staff’s are excited about the future and so are than fan bases.
Mark Stoops brought in the top class in school history. Bobby Petrino didn’t break any records, but he got some quality players.
Let’s look at where both classes ranked by the recruiting gurus.
Kentucky nabbed 29 total signed LOI’s for 2014.
Louisville picked up 20 signatures, but is expected to pick up 2-3 more in the coming weeks.
