The Louisville Cardinals will be back in action Sunday night at home as they will take on the Rutgers Scarlet Knights. Game tips-off at 6pm on ESPN2. Rutgers comes in six of their last eight games. They lost to Louisville earlier in the season 83-76 at home.

Russ Smith score 22 points in the game earlier this season.

Louisville will be coming in only playing one game in the past 10 days, beating Temple Friday night 82-58. During that layoff coach Rick Pitino and the team made a pact to not shave until their next loss, so be looking for stubble in the game Sunday.

The Cardinals are 12-1 against Rutgers all-time, 5-0 in Louisville.

Louisville stole the ball 15 times against Rutgers earlier in the season and have continued to improve their defense the past couple of games. Rick Pitino seems to know the rotation this team needs after losing a couple of players.

Russ Smith will lead the Cardinals in scoring with 25 and add five assists and two steals.

Wayne Blashear will lead the Cards in rebounds with eight.

Expect the beards to be growing for at least a couple more games.

Louisville wins, 89-74.
