Devin Booker is a scorer and Kentucky fans should be excited that the 6’6″ wing will be joining the Wildcats next season. He broke his high school’s scoring record earlier this year with 2,518 points in three seasons at Moss Point High in Mississippi.
Friday night his team lost to McComb in a semifinal game. Booker scored 42 in the 61-56 loss, he scored 26 in the fourth-quarter. Talk about a player who wants to win. He scored 1,021 points this season.
He scored 41 points earlier this month on senior night.
Booker is considered the eighth-best shooting guard and the 23rd-best player in the 2014 class according to 247Sports.com.
Devin Booker’s 40-point game tonight was his 6th of the season, 10th of his MP career.
